There are also so many things I want to do (charcuterie and cheesemaking and learning how to weave), but yes, we are all so pressed for time. My house is a mess; luckily I have a husband who really doesn't care if the tub is sparkling clean or not, but still, I wish I had more hours in the day just to accomplish some basic tasks!
